What is your return policy?

We do not under any circumstances accept returns. However, we offer a one-time exchange for an item of the same price or lower as long as the item has no damage. We will email you a return label!

What is your shipping/pickup policy?

We offer both shipping and pickup options. Shipping orders should be processed within 3-5 days and shipped out after. As for pickup, all customers have up to 7 days after purchase to pick up their items before they forfeit all items back to the store.

What to do in the situation of reworked clothing being faulty?

If a reworked item is faulty, our best advice is to reach out to us! We cannot always guarantee we can return the item to its original state, but we will always try to accommodate!
